Types of polyurethane release agents

Polyurethane release agent is divided into external release agent and internal release agent. At present, the vast majority of polyurethane products processing plants in China use external release agents. Since the 1970s, after the introduction of internal release agent and the improvement of hydroxyl, other companies have also produced various internal release agents. As the internal release agent appears as a component of the foaming formula, its use will change the foaming formula and affect the physical properties of products, so the polyurethane industry at home and abroad is still widely using external release agent, and constantly developing new products and gradually expanding the scope of use, but also developing new internal release agent products.
